Preparatory Plan

Establish medium-sized freighter fleet

(B767F is preferred, with B757F and A330F as alternatives) First, regular routes from the West Coast to the East Coast will be opened, such as YVR-YYZ(ORD)-YHZ-YYZ-YVR; non-scheduled routes from Vancouver to South America, such as YVR- MEX-GDL-YVR

Strategic Partners

(The main target is air carriers in China and Asia), assist them in adjusting their route structure, adjust some of the original direct flights to the United States to direct flights to Vancouver or Prince George, cancel the technical stop in Anchorage, and use Air Canada Cargo’s Medium-sized cargo planes ferry goods to the original destination (such as YYZ, ORD or LAX). While compressing the two-way flight time and operating costs of about 8-12 hours, they can concentrate the supply of goods from the east and west coasts on the same flight, which greatly improves the efficiency of transportation. Improving the timeliness of cargo collection at the origin station can effectively solve the problem of mutual constraints between flight load factor and frequency. Especially in the current environment of high oil prices and sluggish market, it is undoubtedly a wise move for wide-body cargo aircraft to avoid operational risks.

Third Party Cooperation

Cooperate with a third party to launch two-way truck flights between Vancouver and major cities on the West Coast of the United States, such as YVR-SEA-PDX-SFO round-trip truck flights, providing the northwest American market with a more time-efficient transportation solution than LAX transit.

Development Plan

Wide body cargo aircraft

Introduce wide-body cargo aircraft (B777F is preferred, B747F is optional), open intercontinental routes from Canada to Asia-Pacific, Canada to South America, and initially build its own intercontinental network

Routes Network

Based on market development, we will continue to introduce wide-body freighter and medium-sized freighter capacity, enlarge and enrich domestic and Asia-Pacific route networks, and while gradually increasing Canada’s local market share, strive to increase the influence of Canada to the Asia-Pacific and Canada to South America markets, and implement The route layout of “based on the local area, covering the east and west, connecting the Asia-Pacific, and connecting South America
